For the past few years Micha, Steffi and Steve have gotten together to bake Christmas Stollen, a German Christmas fruitcake. From humble beginnings, this has become an all-day, production line affair, requiring excellent math skills, supreme upper body strength, and copious amounts of healthy ingredients like butter and sugar.
