Flea markets

One of the greatest things about Germany is the abundance of flea markets. Israel, by comparison, has... two, maybe? I've found some awesome things at the various flea markets I've visited over the past year and a half. A couple of weekends ago I went to the Riem flea market on the east side of Munich. I didn't pick up too many things, but saw some really cool displays that I wanted to share.

Also included are some older finds from the big flea market in Regensburg, a town about an hour's drive from Munich.

Nice photos. I really love the clocks display with the map clock in the background. It's first rate.

That's my favourite, too. I nearly asked how much it was but I'm penny pinching at the moment and I knew it would be too much and that I wouldn't be able to resist it. Maybe it'll still be there the next time I go, but I doubt it.
