Continuing where we left off yesterday, it wouldn't be a photographic entry if it didn't include some windows and doors :)

Pictures from a rainy morning spent with my brother around the port of Jaffa. More tomorrow.

It's a tree! Growing in a rock! Suspended from a building!

A quick trip to the Bahai Gardens in Haifa. I may have posted pictures of the gardens last year, but these were taken a week ago.

Last Friday eyeball and I headed to the Levinsky spice market in south Tel Aviv. Now, when I say market, you'll probably imagine a covered building, with stall after stall of perfectly placed containers etc. In reality, the Levinsky market is a small strip in one of the narrow streets of the often unsavory (pardon the pun) south of the city. The street is messy, not particularly clean, and certainly not the kind of place you'd want to hang out at late at night, but the small strip holds many beautiful scents, colours, and surprises.

One of my favourite places in Tel Aviv is Neve Tzedeck. In my last visit to Israel I spent an afternoon there with my camera (evidence of which I had to take down from my site due to hosting issues), and I decided to pop in for another visit.

At least that's what CNN would call it, if they weren't so busy chasing their own tail with their unwillingness to commit to any results. It's really much more like indecision. I've been watching Wolf Blitzer and Judy Woodruff dancing around the subject for the past three hours, because really, the world clearly holds CNN responsible for the results of the US presidential election.
